Wow, I feel like every month I'm even more astonished that a whole month has passed by again. Lots has gone on this month and it is amazing how quickly Brie is growing and changing! I cherish my days home with her and am so glad that it looks like I'll be able to keep my same schedule next year. I'm so blessed to have time at home with my sweetie! Here's what Brie would like to tell you about this month:
- I have two teeth, and more on the way. I'm drooling all over everything (they call me drool-monster), I put absolutely everything in my mouth (I even tried to get mommy's foot, but she took it away) and I even had a high enough fever today that mommy gave me Tylenol for the first time ever...but I'm a tough cookie and just take it all in stride.
- I've just starting saying mmmmmAH for mommy. She's hyper-concerned about me saying consonants, but I'm content to make her wait a bit longer. I'm trying to get a "b" in there, but it's taking some effort. Here I am talking and smiling (all with a fever!): Brie saying Mmmmma!
- I can sit up all by myself and I love to be surrounded by all my toys. When I get bored, I roll over onto my back and see how far I can roll until mommy catches me and puts me back on my blanket. I love to roll over to my buddy Mozart to get kisses and to pull on his fur.
- I weigh 17lbs and mommy thinks I'm a little over 27 in long. I have nice chunky baby thighs and mommy tells me to enjoy them while I can :).
- I love charming everyone when mommy takes me to the store. I can sit in the cart or ride in the Bjorn and I smile and make friends with all the people!
- And here are my 7 month pictures...mommy thought they wouldn't turn out good because I've got a fever and I'm cranky from my teeth trying to pop up, but I love turning on the charm for that camera!
