Hmmmm...I realized today I have not posted in awhile. I guess it's because things are a little more boring now in January with the holidays and everything over with! Just a few things to share I guess...
We gathered two weeks ago with Justin's family for his mom's birthday which was fun. I had gotten my hair permed the day before, so my niece was a bit taken back when I walked in. I swear it took her almost two hours to realize it was still me and it was all OK. Basically when I was the first one finished eating and she was ready to play, she decided Aunt Chelle would do just fine as a playmate =). Funny how that works. Anyhow, I got some good play time with her, which was fun. We also learned that Justin's sister, Andrea, is pregnant with their second child!!!!! YAY! I get to be an aunt again =). I told Justin immediately that the budget would need revision, because I would have another niece or nephew to spoil =). Her first doctor's appt is tomorrow, so we're all looking forward to learning the projected due date. But, we think sometime in late August/early Sept. Such fun!
In other news, I also learned when I will be going to St. Louis for my master's program this summer. It looks like I'll be spending July 6-July 26 in the big city. I'm really looking forward to it. It seems kind of far away, but I know that time will fly and soon I will be hitting the books and living in dorms. Yikes! But, it really will be fun to be a student again (I hope!).
Other than that, we're just doing the normal stuff. I hope to have some new pictures uploaded soon, so I will add those when I get them on the computer. Hope you are all doing well! Take care and stay warm Northerners!!!
